Ron Smith Care Centre

The Ron Smith Care Centre is situated in the spacious grounds of Elphin Lodge. The surroundings are pleasant and secure, enhanced by trees, well tended gardens and dams with a variety of bird life. This offers residents, their families and friends the opportunity to enjoy peaceful periods outdoors.

Woodlands

Suitable for single persons or couples, these 20 spacious, well appointed garden rooms or inner rooms all have en-suite bathrooms and ample built in cupboards. Rooms are furnished but residents are encouraged to surround themselves with their favourite pieces of furniture to create a "home from home" atmosphere. Charming and cosy sitting room and dining facilities are offered.

Cedar Park

Offers 10 double rooms for couples, or for two people sharing, with direct access to the veranda and rose garden as well as 6 secure inner single rooms. All rooms are en suite with ample built in cupboards. As with Woodlands residents, residents in Cedar Park are urged to bring items of furniture and pictures for their comfort. Private dining facilities and sitting room create a warm and homely atmosphere. 

Lakeside

Accommodates residents in 20 spacious single rooms with en-suite toilet and hand basin. All rooms are north facing with direct access to the garden. Residents are encouraged to bring favourite items of furniture and pictures for their enjoyment. Meals are served in the private dining room whilst the lounge and sitting nooks provide warm and friendly spaces for residents and their visitors.

River Lodge

Offers 94 single rooms, with veranda access or secure inner rooms. All rooms have hand basins and ample cupboard space as well as adequate space for one's own favourite chair and television. Bathroom facilities are shared. Very suitable for spry people who enjoy the luxury of having their meals prepared for them as well as for the not quite so mobile. Meals are taken in the main dining room. Pleasant and comfortable television/sitting rooms are available for residents and their visitors. 

Services

All fees include full board and lodging, 24 hour nursing care, physiotherapy services, doctor on call and laundry service.  An occupational therapy department operates on a daily basis and offers stimulating activities, outings and entertainment for residents. All rooms have a connection to a central M-Net aerial.
