Inyoni Creek

Inyoni Creek has been developed with river frontage, good views on a large green belt area over 3 hectares. An eco-friendly village, with large dams to attract bird life as well as a variety of walking trails.

The land on which Inyoni Creek has been developed is special as it allows one the opportunity to take advantage of gradual slopes and good views within a natural habitat. This will ensure that nature is enjoyed to the full.

Inyoni Creek will consist of 175 two and three-bedroom cottages and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments on beautifully landscaped grounds.

Phase 2 will be ready for occupation in stages from July 2008 to June 2009 and is almost sold out.

Inyoni Creek will be served by communal facilities that will include a clubhouse with library, snooker room, card room and dining room as well as a village hall and swimming pool. Security concerns are managed by an electric fence, 24 hour access control and patrol guards at night.

Frail and recuperative Care facilities are available at our Elphin Lodge Complex situated next door to Inyoni Creek. A footbridge linking the 2 facilities already ensures easy access.

The units are available to purchase on a life rights basis to persons aged 60 or over.
