This division runs our independent retirement villages where we provide quality accommodation at real value for money. This means you can thoroughly enjoy your retirement, knowing that we care and are there to provide the management and support services to streamline your life. Our retirement facilities are spacious, well appointed and set in beautiful garden settings.

Currently they comprise of:

•	Elphin Lodge near Lyndhurst with 223 one and two bedroomed apartments and cottages.
•	Thornhill Manor in Modderfontein with 213 two and three bedroomed cottages.
•	Ron Smith Care Centre in the grounds of Elphin Lodge, where we provide 24 hour nursing care to 160 persons who are not able to live independently in their own homes
•	Inyoni Creek Rand Aids Latest development, will consist of 176 two and three-bedroom cottages and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments on beautifully landscaped grounds.
